On April 7, 2026, Maruichi Steel Tube Ltd. established the Shimonoseki Factory and appointed Executive Officer Mamoru Sawada as the Factory Manager, implementing organizational changes and personnel transfers.

Establishment of the Legal & Compliance Department and the Administration Headquarters effective April 1, 2026, along with personnel changes for executive officers and department heads.

Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. will newly establish the Chubu Branch within the Sales Division effective April 1, 2026, expanding to an 11-branch system as part of organizational restructuring.
