Announced the acquisition of 3,020,900 shares of treasury stock for 18,693,878,400 yen during the period from December 1 to December 31, 2025.

In December 2025, 259,400 shares with a total acquisition cost of 773,787,150 yen were acquired as treasury stock. The cumulative number of shares acquired is 670,000 shares, with a total acquisition cost of 1,983,080,900 yen. The acquisition period is from October 29, 2025 to March 31, 2026.

Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. announced changes to its executive officers effective December 23, 2025. Mr. Keiichi Osaku was promoted to Senior Managing Executive Officer, Corporate Headquarters, and Ms. Madoka Yamagishi assumed the role of Executive Officer, Deputy General Manager of Corporate Headquarters, in charge of Corporate Planning/IR and concurrently General Manager of the Finance Department. Mr. Shinichi Kiyota resigned.
