Organizational restructuring of the Corporate and Sales divisions was implemented effective April 1, 2026, with resolutions made on the appointment and transfer of multiple executive officers.

Tokushu Tokai Paper Co., Ltd. will implement organizational changes and executive personnel changes effective April 1, 2026. This includes restructuring the Corporate Center and Business Promotion Center, and appointments of new executive positions.

At the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2026, outside director candidates and multiple executive officer promotions and transfers will be implemented. Organizational changes are scheduled to take effect as of April 1, 2026.

Japan Steel Works, Ltd. has decided on organizational changes effective April 1, 2026, establishing multiple new departments including the Global Strategy Headquarters and the Resin Machinery Solutions Division, as well as setting up the Foundry Materials Engineering Division and merging with M&E Co., Ltd.

Effective April 1, 2026, personnel changes and organizational restructuring will be implemented for directors, executive officers, managerial roles, and division/office/department/site heads to enhance organizational efficiency and strength towards the launch of the 16th Medium-Term Plan.

Fumio Maeda appointed President and Representative Director effective April 1, 2026. Executive and corporate officer personnel changes, as well as consolidation, establishment, and renaming of multiple departments, are implemented to strengthen the management structure.

Effective February 1, 2026, the Legal Department and Hotel Department will be newly established, and the Product Development Department will be integrated into the Product Department. Personnel transfers for directors and department heads will be implemented.

Due to the absorption merger of Sky Perfect JSAT Corporation effective April 1, 2026, organizational changes, the introduction of the executive officer system, and executive officer personnel changes will be implemented. The Management Division, Media Business Division, and Space Business Division will be established with new headquarters set up under each.
