Effective April 1, 2026, changes to the representative director and multiple executive officers including new appointments and resignations were decided, along with establishment of the President’s Office, reorganization of the construction business division, and organizational restructuring of the Corporate Management Headquarters.

At the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2026, outside director candidates and multiple executive officer promotions and transfers will be implemented. Organizational changes are scheduled to take effect as of April 1, 2026.

Japan Steel Works, Ltd. has decided on organizational changes effective April 1, 2026, establishing multiple new departments including the Global Strategy Headquarters and the Resin Machinery Solutions Division, as well as setting up the Foundry Materials Engineering Division and merging with M&E Co., Ltd.

Effective February 1, 2026, the Legal Department and Hotel Department will be newly established, and the Product Development Department will be integrated into the Product Department. Personnel transfers for directors and department heads will be implemented.

Due to the absorption merger of Sky Perfect JSAT Corporation effective April 1, 2026, organizational changes, the introduction of the executive officer system, and executive officer personnel changes will be implemented. The Management Division, Media Business Division, and Space Business Division will be established with new headquarters set up under each.
