At today's board meeting, we announced four director candidates excluding the statutory auditors to be proposed at the September ordinary general meeting of shareholders (Kishimoto Tatsuya, President & Representative Director; Shimada Takashi, Director (Construction Business); Arai Sessu, Director (Group Strategy / Corporate Planning); Ashinaka Dōtoku, Director (Administration / Personnel)). All will continue in their current roles.

Meiko Network Japan has resolved at its Board of Directors meeting on July 31, 2026, to change directors and to approve a new director candidate. The formal decision is scheduled at the shareholders’ meeting on November 20.
