Notice Regarding Designation as Securities Under Supervision

Career Design Center Co., Ltd. was unable to confirm compliance with the Tokyo Stock Exchange's listing maintenance standard for tradable shares market capitalization as of September 30, 2026, and will be designated as securities under supervision (under review). The Company will submit a distribution status report of share certificates in early October, and the examination results will be published depending on the compliance status. Trading will continue as normal after October 1, but if compliance is confirmed the designation as securities under supervision will be lifted and the market segment change application may be withdrawn. If compliance is not confirmed, the market segment change procedures will continue.

Future Actions and Schedule

The Company plans to submit the distribution status report of share certificates as of September 30, 2026 in early October 2026. The Tokyo Stock Exchange's examination results will be promptly disclosed upon receipt. Depending on the examination results, listing will either continue or the market segment change application will proceed; if compliance is achieved, the designation as securities under supervision (under review) will be removed.
