The major version upgrade of CLIP STUDIO PAINT in March 2026 was well received, with sales exceeding 150% of plan. ARR reached a record high of 5.83 billion yen, and subscriptions experienced the largest increase on record.

The net number of subscriptions for March 2026 was 2,166,701, with a net decrease of 13,787 for the month. New subscriptions totaled 47,767, cancellations were 61,554.

As of the end of March 2026, the total number of Sky PerfecTV! subscriptions was 2,454,348, with a net increase of 18,582 and a churn rate of 2.6%.

The company has issued 469 subscription warrants (equivalent to 46,900 common shares) to 78 employees, with the exercise price set at 501,000 yen per warrant (5,010 yen per share).

As of the end of December 2025, the total number of SkyPerfecTV! subscriptions was 2,432,250, reflecting a net decrease of 24,640. The number of contract subscribers stood at 1,851,661, with a net decrease of 22,619. The optical retransmission service recorded 2,940,333 connected households, a net increase of 8,116.
