As of the end of February 2026, the total number of Sky PerfecTV! subscriptions reached 2,435,766 (net increase of 27,266), with a churn rate of 1.9%. The number of connected households for the optical retransmission service was 2,960,987 (net increase of 11,083 households).

Operating income for the fiscal year ending March 2026 was revised upward by 13.6% from the previous forecast to 35,000 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent was revised up by 9.5% to 23,000 million yen. The dividend was raised to an annual 42 yen.

For the nine months ended March 2026, consolidated operating revenue was ¥933.3 billion (up 1.6% YoY), operating income was ¥265.2 billion (up 24.6% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of parent was ¥176.3 billion (up 22.4% YoY).

For the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, operating revenue increased to 93,332 million yen year-over-year, operating income reached 26,520 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent for the quarter was 9,310 million yen.

As of the end of January 2026, total Sky PerfecTV! subscribers numbered 2,408,500, a net decrease of 23,750. Optical retransmission service showed a net increase of 9,571 households, totaling 2,949,904.

Due to the absorption merger of Sky Perfect JSAT Corporation effective April 1, 2026, organizational changes, the introduction of the executive officer system, and executive officer personnel changes will be implemented. The Management Division, Media Business Division, and Space Business Division will be established with new headquarters set up under each.

As of the end of December 2025, the total number of SkyPerfecTV! subscriptions was 2,432,250, reflecting a net decrease of 24,640. The number of contract subscribers stood at 1,851,661, with a net decrease of 22,619. The optical retransmission service recorded 2,940,333 connected households, a net increase of 8,116.
