Hirose Electric Co., Ltd. has resolved that Mr. Kazunori Ishii will retire as Chairman of the Board as of June 25, 2026, and multiple executive officer changes have been tentatively decided.

Multiple officer changes including the position change of Atsushi Sakate, Executive Vice President and Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2026.

A&D Horon Holdings Co., Ltd. and its consolidated subsidiaries plan to implement officer changes effective June 25, 2026. Mr. Katsuya Iwanaga will be appointed as the new Audit & Supervisory Board Member.

Proposal to amend the articles and appoint officers to be submitted at the 9th Unitholders Meeting on April 22, 2026. Announcement of a complete revision of the management fee structure and appointment plans for executive officers and supervisory officers.

At the 69th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 2026, new appointments and resignations of outside directors and outside auditors will be finalized. The executive officer system is also scheduled to change effective April 1, 2026.

Resolved the appointment of a new director candidate for the 97th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for late June 2026, along with personnel changes of officers and department heads and organizational restructuring effective April 1, 2026.

Effective April 1, 2026, changes in responsibilities of executive officers, appointment of new executive officers, personnel changes at the department manager level, and resignation of a director at subsidiary Denyo Kosan Co., Ltd. were announced.

Due to the absorption merger of Sky Perfect JSAT Corporation effective April 1, 2026, organizational changes, the introduction of the executive officer system, and executive officer personnel changes will be implemented. The Management Division, Media Business Division, and Space Business Division will be established with new headquarters set up under each.
