Scheduled to change the trade name from "Oisix ra Daichi Inc." to "Oisix Inc." effective July 1, 2026. Subject to approval at the shareholders’ meeting on June 25, 2026.

Consolidated subsidiary Epson Sales Japan Corporation is scheduled to change its trade name to Epson Japan Corporation effective October 1, 2026.

As of November 4, 2025, the trade names of consolidated subsidiary Mitsui Kinzoku Act Corporation and its subsidiary were changed to Hirlex Act Corporation and Haidesi Akute (Shanghai) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., respectively.

In response to reports by Nikkei Inc., Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. denies any current resolution by the Board of Directors or decision to amend the Articles of Incorporation regarding a company name change, and states that if such resolutions occur, they will be promptly disclosed.

At the shareholders’ meeting on May 29, 2026, approval is planned for the trade name change and partial amendment to articles of incorporation. The trade name will change from TKP Corporation to TKP Corporation (abbreviated), effective June 1, 2026.

The consolidated subsidiary T-Joy Co., Ltd. will change its trade name to Toei Joy Entertainment Co., Ltd. effective April 1, 2026.

Resolved to change the trade name of consolidated subsidiary Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd. to 'Arthocia Construction Co., Ltd.' effective October 1, 2026.

Daiwa Refrigeration Industries Co., Ltd. will change its trade name to "Daiwa Ltd." effective July 1, 2026, and plans to partially amend its Articles of Incorporation to aim to become a comprehensive kitchen manufacturer.

Ricoh Leasing Company, Ltd. plans to change its company name to RITRES Co., Ltd. effective December 1, 2026, conditional upon approval of the partial amendment of the articles of incorporation at the shareholders' meeting on June 29, 2026.

Fujibo Holdings, Inc. announced that it plans to change its trade name to Fujibo Holdings Kabushiki Kaisha (in Katakana) effective October 1, 2026.
