Fujibo Holdings decided to purchase 16,341 ordinary shares from unlocatable shareholders at the closing price on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on March 2, 2026.

For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, net sales were 34,333 million yen (6.6% YoY increase), operating income was 6,019 million yen (20.7% YoY increase), and quarterly net income attributable to owners of parent was 4,253 million yen (16.7% YoY increase).

Fujibo Holdings, Inc. announced that it plans to change its trade name to Fujibo Holdings Kabushiki Kaisha (in Katakana) effective October 1, 2026.

Fujibo Holdings has formulated the mid-term management plan 'Evolution 26-30' for fiscal years 2026 to 2030, aiming to achieve consolidated sales of 65 billion JPY and operating income of 13 billion JPY in fiscal 2030.
