Daiwa Refrigeration Industries Co., Ltd. will change its trade name to "Daiwa Ltd." effective July 1, 2026, and plans to partially amend its Articles of Incorporation to aim to become a comprehensive kitchen manufacturer.

At the 178th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 26, 2026, a proposal will be submitted to delete the description of the nursing care-related business from the articles of incorporation and newly establish "various businesses based on the Long-Term Care Insurance Act" as a partial amendment to the articles of incorporation.

Ricoh Leasing Company, Ltd. plans to change its company name to RITRES Co., Ltd. effective December 1, 2026, conditional upon approval of the partial amendment of the articles of incorporation at the shareholders' meeting on June 29, 2026.

Shikoku Kasei Holdings Co., Ltd. resolved to abolish the share buyback defense measures as of the conclusion of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on March 26, 2026, and to delete Chapter 8 of the Articles of Incorporation related to this matter.
