JGC Holdings has conducted a disposal of 76,941 shares of treasury stock for 172,081,046 yen as part of a restricted stock-based compensation plan, with a 30-year transfer restriction to strengthen long-term incentives.

A medium-to-long term incentive compensation plan will be introduced for seven eligible directors, with an annual limit of 30,000 shares and 200 million yen. Proposal to be submitted at the March 27, 2026 shareholders meeting.
