Valo Holdings Co., Ltd. has decided to approve its Sixth Version of acquisition defense measures at the 69th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for June 26, 2026, contingent upon shareholder approval. The new policy (this plan) closely resembles the previous plan, with measures such as the free allotment of call options as a countermeasure against large-scale stock purchases. Specifically, the company will request submission of purchase proposal documents and necessary information, and will activate countermeasures under certain conditions. This aims to protect shareholder interests and corporate value while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
