The company emphasizes both quantitative and qualitative growth, aiming to strengthen cash flow generation capacity in preparation for major future investments. Actively contributing to enhancing the value of Haneda Airport and creating aviation demand throughout Japan, the company seeks sustainable growth.

Management Strategy and Growth Goals

The strategic directions include operational excellence, expansion of commercial attractions, and expansion of revenue base, along with the promotion of digital transformation (DX), strengthening organization, human resources, governance, and financial strategies. The performance targets for 2030 are sales of over 340 billion yen, operating income exceeding 55 billion yen, ROE of 10–12%, EPS of over 300 yen, and a total return ratio of 50% or higher. The company aims to maintain a TOP3 SKYTRAX ranking and will focus on reducing environmental impact and improving employee engagement.
