Status of Acquisition of Own Investment Units

Japan Logistics Fund, Inc. acquired 294 units of own investment units totaling 28,218,000 yen in the fiscal year ending March 2026. The acquisition method was market purchase on the Tokyo Stock Exchange pursuant to a discretionary trading agreement with securities firms. The acquisition period was from March 2 to March 31, 2026. The acquisition status for the entire acquisition period is the same, covering the period from January 5 to March 31, 2026.

Cancellation of Own Investment Units and Future Outlook

The acquired 294 own investment units are scheduled to be cancelled on July 31, 2026, after which the total number of outstanding investment units will be 2,745,869 units. The impact of the cancellation is minor, and there is no change to the operational status and distribution forecast for the fiscal period ending July 2026 and January 2027, as disclosed in the financial summary dated March 17, 2026.
