It operates in two segments, securities finance business, trust banking business, and real estate rental business. The Securities Finance Business segment engages in lending transactions, security finance, and securities management. The Trust Banking Business engages in the trust business of securities and other securities, as well as banking business such as lending. The Real Estate Rental Business engages in the rent and manage real estate owned by the group. The company was formerly known as Tokyo Securities Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Japan Securities Finance Co., Ltd. in December 1949. Japan Securities Finance Co., Ltd. was incorporated in 1927 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
