It also engages in IT software and information processing services; and real estate rental. The company was formerly known as Janome Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. and changed its name to JANOME Corporation in October 2021. JANOME Corporation was founded in 1921 and is headquartered in Hachioji, Japan.
