Implementation of Recurrence Prevention Measures and Strengthening of Governance

In response to the misconduct, the company discloses a recurrence prevention plan centering on organizational culture restructuring, enhancement of management philosophy understanding, strengthened monitoring and checks, reinforced internal training, and improved reporting lines. Also includes strengthened control of calibration equipment, increased transparency in handling third-party issued certificates, and deployment of alert functions to ensure equipment reliability and full compliance with contracts.

Management Responsibility, Disciplinary and Compensation Measures

Following deliberation by the Management Responsibility Review Committee, including external directors, partial voluntary forfeiture of executive compensation will be implemented. The President and CEO will forgo 10% of monthly compensation for two months; two Managing Executive Officers will forgo 5% for two months; one Senior Executive Officer will forgo 5% for one month. Disciplinary actions for involved employees are in progress by the Disciplinary Committee.
