Metaplanet Co., Ltd. issued the 20th to 22nd series stock acquisition rights to EVO FUND as the allottee on June 23, 2025. These rights include provisions for exercise price adjustment and exercise suspension. No exercises occurred during the month of December 2025. Exercise suspension has been in place since November 28, 2025, and these stock acquisition rights were acquired and cancelled on December 8, 2025. The exercise price was first adjusted on June 25, 2025, and is subsequently adjusted every three trading days, with a lower limit set at 637 yen.

As of the end of December 2025, the outstanding number of the 20th series stock acquisition rights was 284,400 units (28,440,000 shares), while for the 21st and 22nd series it was 1,850,000 units (185,000,000 shares) each. The exercise ratio relative to the number of listed shares is 0%, and there is currently no share dilution.
