Use of Proceeds and Outlook

The net proceeds from the public offering of new investment units will be partially allocated to acquiring six properties announced on March 5, 2026. The maximum proceeds of approximately 646.57 million yen from the new investment units issuance by third-party allotment will be retained as cash on hand for future acquisition of specific assets and repayment of borrowings. The subscription deadline for the third-party allotment is April 7, 2026, with the payment deadline on April 8.
