Further, it publishes lifestyle monthly and free magazines, and cellphone novels, as well as operates OZmall website; and promotes events. Additionally, the company develops and offers hotels, Japanese inns, golf courses, etc.; and manages and operates nursing homes, elderly housing facilities, and licensed nursery schools.
