Notice Regarding Revised Earnings Guidance for the Fiscal Year Ending September 2026 and Revised Dividend Forecast (Increased Dividend)

Summary of Results

At today's board meeting, we revised upward the consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026. Orders and demand domestically and internationally remain robust. We expect net sales of 100,000 million yen (up 3,000 million yen from the previous forecast), operating income of 6,000 million yen (up 200 million yen), ordinary income of 5,800 million yen, net income attributable to owners of the parent of 4,000 million yen, and earnings per share of 333.19 yen. The previous year’s figures for reference stood at net sales of 95,365 million yen and operating income of 5,622 million yen, among others. Foreign exchange movements and the recognition of impairment provisions of affiliates are taken into account.

Dividend Policy and Rationale for Forecast Revision

Dividend forecast has also been revised upward, with the annual dividend adjusted to 130 yen (sum of interim and year-end). As part of shareholder returns, the payout ratio is targeted at 40%, with a focus on sustainable profit distribution. Note that a stock split was implemented on October 1, 2025, so the prior-year results are presented on a pre-split basis.
