Performance Overview

The consolidated performance for the fiscal year ending March 2026, despite impacts from domestic and international economic conditions and a decline in customer orders due to exchange rate fluctuations, was supported by gains from a share transfer of the Indian subsidiary and cost reduction measures, resulting in sales revenue of ¥171.93 billion (down 4.1% YoY), operating income of ¥6.411 billion (up 1.0% YoY), pre-tax income of ¥8.564 billion (up 26.2% YoY), net income of ¥6.2 billion (up 23.0% YoY), and net income attributable to owners of the parent of ¥5.579 billion (up 22.7% YoY). Segment-wise, sales increases in Japan and gains from share transfer of the Indian subsidiary boosted profits, whereas impacts from forex and order declines were observed in North America, Asia, and China.

Financial Position and Cash Flow Status

Total assets increased to ¥186.016 billion compared to the previous fiscal year-end, with total equity also rising to ¥118.889 billion. Cash flows from operating activities surged to ¥11.84 billion, while cash outflows from investing activities were ¥3.416 billion, and those from financing activities were ¥1.687 billion. The cash and cash equivalents balance at the end of the period was ¥49.65 billion, an increase compared to the end of the previous year.
