Reason for Delay in Financial Summary Disclosure

The Company recognized疑義 surrounding inappropriate accounting practices, such as arbitrary adjustments in the timing of asset write-downs for assets subject to impairment risk, and established an independent committee on 2025-09-03. The independent committee is conducting investigations into the inappropriate accounting, quantifying the impact, determining the causes, and proposing measures to prevent recurrence. The investigation is ongoing. Based on these results, to disclose an accurate and reliable financial summary, we are postponing the disclosure of the financial summary for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026.

Future Disclosure Plans

The independent committee plans to submit its report by the end of February 2026, after which a final report including the quantified impact will be provided. After the investigation is completed, finalized financial figures will be confirmed and subjected to an interim review by the accounting auditor, followed by prompt disclosure of the financial summary. The disclosure date will be notified promptly once determined.
