Notice Regarding Additional Trust Contribution to Performance-Linked Stock Compensation Plan

Continuation of the Plan and Additional Contribution

Japan Airport Terminal Co., Ltd. has decided to make an additional trust contribution to secure the funds necessary for the continuation of the performance-linked stock compensation plan (BIP trust). A new trust agreement is scheduled to be concluded, designating eligible directors and others, including those who have retired, as beneficiaries. The contribution is expected to be 4,554 million yen (including trust fees and trust expenses). The additional contribution is assumed to correspond to the share acquisition period around November 16, 2026 to December 4, 2026.

Background and Outlook

This plan was introduced in 2024, and given the expiration of the previous trust period, the company will reset the applicable period aimed at medium- to long-term performance improvement and corporate value enhancement and continue contributions. Monetary additional contributions are also planned for directors of relevant subsidiaries going forward, with the intention of strengthening incentive design across the group in a transparent and objective manner.
