Notice Regarding the Conclusion of a Commitment Line Agreement

Overview

To enhance funding mobility for the lease fund business and domestic/global real estate fund businesses, we updated and integrated the commitment line previously concluded in September 2025 and have now entered into two new agreements. With Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as arranger and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank as co-arranger, we have established financing facilities of 15.3 billion yen, and with Mizuho Bank as arranger, a facility of 20.0 billion yen. Maturities are 2026-12-30 and 2027-09-30 respectively.

Impact and Outlook

There is no change to the earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending September 2026 due to this matter. The group will continue to utilize the above facilities to pursue sustainable growth and opportunities for profitability.
