Sereco Corporation has decided to expand its stock grant trust (J-ESOP) to include all employees, aiming to enhance corporate value and boost employee morale.

Sereco Corporation plans to sell 74,600 shares of treasury stock at 4,870 yen per share on August 3, 2026, raising a total of 363,302,000 yen. Simultaneously, additional contributions will be made to expand the stock compensation trusts.

SerEco Corporation resolved at its Board of Directors meeting on July 17, 2026, to partially revise the basic policy on its internal control system, aiming to strengthen compliance and risk management frameworks.
