Saizeriya Co., Ltd. has finalized the issuance details for stock options consisting of 3,393 subscription warrants (each granting 100 shares, exercise price of 6,280 yen per share), to be granted free of charge to 2,045 employees.

Saizeriya Co., Ltd. will conduct a share buyback on the Tokyo Stock Exchange from January 15, 2026, to February 12, 2026, with an upper limit of 1 billion yen and 200,000 shares (0.4% of the total number of issued shares).

For the first quarter of the fiscal year ending August 2026, net sales were JPY 70,285 million (14.7% YoY increase), operating income was JPY 4,660 million (18.9% YoY increase), and quarterly net income attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 3,091 million (16.4% YoY increase).

Saizeriya Co., Ltd. will allocate 3,393 share warrants to 2,045 employees on January 29, 2026, with an exercise period from January 30, 2028 to January 29, 2031.
