SBI Holdings aims to make Star Music Entertainment a subsidiary by acquiring 710,000 shares (66.98% voting rights) held by Ridge-i Inc. The contract signing is scheduled for May 15, 2026, with the acquisition execution planned for July 22, 2026.

SBI Holdings acquired 60,000 common shares (2.18%) of W TOKYO Inc. and entered into a capital and business alliance. Future acquisition of over 5% is also being considered, collaborating to create value in IP and content.

SBI Holdings will begin PTS trading of the first unsecured security token corporate bond "SBI START Bond" with an issuance amount of 10 billion yen from March 25, 2026.

SBI Holdings has decided to transfer 156,147,223 shares of its Korean subsidiary SBI Savings Bank (equivalent to approximately 99 billion yen) to Kyobo Life Insurance and agreed to advance the transfer completion date to March 31, 2026.

Revised the year-end dividend forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 to 75 yen per share (equivalent to 150 yen before the stock split). The total shareholder return is expected to be approximately 111.7 billion yen.

SBI Holdings will offer the first unsecured Security Token Corporate Bonds (SBI START Bonds) totaling JPY 10 billion, from March 11 to 23, 2026, scheduled to mature on March 23, 2029.

Completed the acquisition of 4,001,900 common shares totaling JPY 13,886,616,200 from February 2 to 17, 2026, thereby concluding the acquisition based on the board of directors' resolution.

For the nine months ended March 2026, consolidated revenue was JPY 1,489,658 million (up 47.0% YoY), and quarterly profit attributable to owners of the parent was JPY 349,136 million (up 245.1% YoY).

Shareholder benefits will be offered to shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of March 31, 2026, allowing selection between a cryptocurrency XRP coupon code or a voucher for products sold by SBI Alapromo Co., Ltd.

Acquired 2,904,000 shares of treasury stock in January 2026 totaling 10,138,805,000 yen. The cumulative number of shares acquired is 10,688,300, with a total acquisition amount of 36,113,287,500 yen. Acquisition period is from December 2, 2025, to March 31, 2026.

The total number of the 2025 second series stock acquisition rights is 32,502 units, the underlying shares are 3,250,200 common shares, the number of allottees is 731, and the exercise price is fixed at 3,365 yen.
