Our company has been selected for AMED's publicly funded project, advancing the development of manufacturing processes for tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) regenerative medical products for cervical cancer. The research period is up to 3 years, with a subsidy of 92,300 thousand yen, aiming for early initiation of corporate clinical trials.

ReproCell completed the payment for 2,932,000 new shares and 29,320 stock acquisition rights through third-party allotment on July 16, 2026. The total funds raised exceeded 745.21 million yen, which will be allocated to capital stock and capital reserves.
