Overview of Research and Development

Our company has been selected for the AMED renewal medicine and gene therapy industry initiative to develop foundational technologies, specifically for manufacturing process development of TIL regenerative medical products for cervical cancer. The research will be conducted over a maximum of 3 years, with a planned subsidy of 92,300 thousand yen. TIL therapy involves culturing the patient's own immune cells to attack cancer, an individualized immunotherapy already confirmed safe and tolerable domestically. Moving forward, we will develop commercially compliant manufacturing processes and quality assurance systems to enable early initiation of corporate trials.

Future Outlook and Corporate Initiatives

Successful completion of this project will strengthen our company's manufacturing and supply system for TIL therapy and promote clinical application both domestically and internationally. Clinical trials for cervical cancer using TIL therapy are also underway in the United States, and future expansion of treatment options is expected depending on clinical outcomes. As the research progresses and final subsidy amounts are confirmed, we will clarify specific business development plans and revenue prospects.
