Orix JREIT Inc. announced plans to acquire real estate trust beneficiary interests in two residential properties in Osaka City, 'Bayside Park OSAKA South Residences' and 'Bayside Park OSAKA North Residences,' for a total of approximately 6.4 billion yen.

The transfer price for AEON Mall Sapporo Naebo (40% quasi-co-ownership interest) is 3,720 million yen, with a gain on sale of 1,447 million yen, completed on February 27, 2026. The gain on sale is planned to be returned in full as a principle.

Daiwa House REIT Investment Corporation plans to acquire the residential facility “Castalia Nishi-Funabashi II” in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture, at a scheduled acquisition price of JPY 2,662.5 million on February 27, 2026; the appraisal value is JPY 2,950 million, and the confirmed NOI yield is 4.6%.

Japan Logistics Fund, Inc. acquired Funabashi Nishiura Logistics Center III (33% co-ownership interest) for 5,181 million yen and completed the transfer of Ichikawa Logistics Center II (18% co-ownership interest) for 4,960 million yen.
