Nippon Densetsu achieved Q1 FY2027 sales of ¥8,696 million (+3.2%), operating income of ¥1,756 million (+39.4%), and net income of ¥1,298 million (+39.3%). Order backlog reached ¥15,971 million (+30.8%), with the Air Conditioning and Industrial Systems segments performing strongly.

The year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2026 was increased to 124 yen per share, totaling 7,429 million yen in dividends. The next term dividend forecast is 127 yen (an increase of 3 yen).

Net income attributable to owners of parent for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been upwardly revised to 16,790 million yen (up 25.49% from previous forecast), and the dividend has been revised upward by 230 yen annually to 115 yen per share.
