Mitsui Uroko Group Holdings Co., Ltd. plans to implement a company split of its commercial facility operations business on October 1, 2026, transferring assets valued at 408 million yen to the consolidated subsidiary Mitsui Uroko Sports. The purpose is to improve operational efficiency and develop specialized personnel.

For the third quarter of FY2026 ending March, consolidated net sales were JPY 246.592 billion (up 1.7% YoY), operating income was JPY 8.156 billion (up 83.4% YoY), and quarterly net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 6.485 billion (up 22.0% YoY).
