Mikki Service Corporation has resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on July 15, 2026, to abolish the shareholder benefit program upon the management integration with Sinmente Holdings, effective as of the date of May 31, 2026.

Mikki Service will implement a business integration with Sinmente Holdings on December 1, 2026, and plans to allocate shares through a stock exchange. Shareholders will remain able to trade shares, receive dividends, and participate in general meetings after the exchange. The schedule includes the August general meeting of shareholders, the November final trading date, and other related dates.

Mikki Service will appoint Reona Ochi as President at the Shareholders' Meeting in August 2026, and will overhaul the executive structure toward the next growth phase following the achievement of record-high profits in FY2025.
