Overview of Executive Personnel Changes

Mikki Service announced that, based on a resolution at the Board of Directors meeting on July 15, 2026, the President will be replaced from Tatsuo Hokukoshi to Reona Ochi. Ms. Ochi has been serving as Vice President and General Manager of Business Operations since August 2024, leveraging her on-site experience and execution capabilities to promote the medium-term management plan. Mr. Hokukoshi was appointed President in 2020, driving initiatives to strengthen the profit base and expand the business, achieving record-high profits in FY2025. The new President, Ms. Ochi, has experience in sales and overseas business, aiming to enhance corporate value and take the company to the next growth stage.

Selection of Executive Candidates and Future Outlook

The current six directors are scheduled to be reappointed or new candidates will be selected at the Shareholders' Meeting upon expiration of their terms. Ryoko Nakashima will be appointed as a new director, while existing directors Yoshikane Nakashima, Osamu Kawasaki, Noriaki Masaki, and Hiromi Fujita will remain in office. Three candidates for auditors will be reappointed to strengthen the management's oversight system. This managerial personnel change marks the 50th anniversary of the company's founding and is positioned as part of a new growth strategy heading into the next 50 years.
