Comforia Residential Investment Corporation has decided to conduct a total long-term borrowing of 9.5 billion yen in March 2026 to be applied toward the repayment of existing loans.

Borrowed 2,000 million yen from The Fukuoka Bank, Ltd. on March 9, 2026, with repayment scheduled on the same date. The borrowing is intended to cover short-term loan repayment funds executed on February 9, 2026.

On January 30, 2026, a total of JPY 7,058 million in long-term loans will be executed, with repayment planned for existing loans of JPY 5,000 million and short-term loans of JPY 2,058 million.
