YAMAZEN CORPORATION has entered into a business alliance with Advantage Partners and will issue convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights totaling 28 billion yen to enhance corporate value.

On January 30, 2026, a total of JPY 7,058 million in long-term loans will be executed, with repayment planned for existing loans of JPY 5,000 million and short-term loans of JPY 2,058 million.

Advance Residence Investment Corporation plans to execute borrowings totaling 4.4 billion yen on January 30, 2026, and intends to repay borrowings with maturity dates on the same day.
