For the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026, revenue was 3,380,270 million yen (9% decrease YoY), operating income was 79,224 million yen (44.1% decrease YoY), and quarterly profit was 63,397 million yen (36.7% decrease YoY).

Operating income for the cumulative third quarter of fiscal 2025 was 97.4 billion yen (down 23.3 billion yen Year-over-Year), with an annual dividend forecast of 80 yen. The annual operating income outlook is 140 billion yen (170 billion yen excluding inventory valuation differences).

At the June 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Toshihiro Tanaka is scheduled to be appointed as Representative Director and Executive Vice President, while Masashi Terahata is scheduled to retire as Director and assume the position of Advisor at the same meeting.
