The company’s shares have been moved from the Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard Market to the Prime Market. The change date is February 27, 2026.

Resolution of changes to directors and auditors scheduled for mid-June 2026. Ms. Shizuka Yada nominated as new director candidate, and Mr. Masao Yoshikawa appointed as outside director.

The executive operating structure effective April 1, 2026, has been determined. Major changes include Managing Executive Officer Minoru Asano's reassignment to President's Office and the appointment of Isao Mimura as a new Executive Officer.

For the nine months ended March 2026, net sales were ¥42,183 million (4.5% YoY increase), operating income was ¥1,191 million, and net income attributable to owners of the parent was ¥769 million.
