Quants Research Institute Holdings, Inc. has decided on changes to executive officers and reassignment of duties effective October 1, 2026, and has provisionally approved director changes to be submitted at the 8th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for December 18, 2026. Daiki Yamaguchi will assume oversight of the administrative divisions and will take over the responsibilities previously held by Hiroki Kagami. After resigning as director, Kagami is expected to remain in position as an executive officer. Since 2019, Yamaguchi has leveraged his experience at M&A Research to accelerate growth strategy, and Kagami will support organizational expansion primarily in the partnership division. Personnel recruitment and development have advanced delegation of authority, and there is no impact on management.
