Notice Regarding Differences Between Full-Year Consolidated Results Forecast for the 2026 June Term and Actual Results

Overview of Results

This report discloses the differences between the full-year consolidated results forecast and actual results for the 2026 June term. Revenue exceeded the previous forecast at 20,737 million yen, while operating income significantly underperformed against the forecast, and ordinary income was substantially revised upward. Individual performance also showed a large improvement due to higher revenue and gains from certain derivatives.

Reasons for the Differences and Outlook

The revenue increase is attributable to gains in electricity retail contracted volume, solid performance in Green Energy generation, and expanded external sales in the forestry business. Operating income was affected by high electricity procurement costs, reduced power generation output, and increased personnel costs in the forestry segment. On the other hand, ordinary income rose sharply thanks to gains from electricity futures and derivative valuation gains. Net income attributable to owners of the parent also increased sharply.
