The revenue decrease is due to reduced electricity sales in Thailand, the decommissioning of thermal power plants, and declining capacity market prices. Future Outlook and Shareholder Returns

For the fiscal year ending March 2027, revenue is expected to increase driven by planned electric power sales in the power generation business and the start of operations at new overseas power plants. Net profit is forecasted to grow by 38.4% to 810 billion yen, and dividends are planned to increase from 50 yen at the end of 2026 to 105 yen. The company will also implement share buybacks and share cancellations to enhance capital efficiency and shareholder returns.
