At the Board of Directors meeting held on April 28, 2026, candidates for representative director chairman, representative director president, representative director vice president, directors (including outside directors), auditors, and executive officers of Hokuriku Electric Power Company were decided and approved. The formal decision will be made after the 102nd annual shareholders meeting on June 25, 2026, and the board meeting held on the same day. Resigning and retiring officers are also disclosed. The election and appointment of executive officers and assignment of duties are planned for the same date, including multiple newly appointed executive officers.

At the board meeting held on the same day, candidates for representative director president, vice president, directors, and auditors of Hokuriku Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd. were decided. The formal decision will follow the 7th annual shareholders meeting on June 26, 2026, and the board meeting held on the same day. Resigning and retiring officers are also listed, and the total number of officers after the shareholders meeting is planned to be five, comprising three directors and two auditors.
