Overview of Organizational Restructuring

Japan Kanzei Holdings has reviewed its organizational structure in response to changes in the management environment and revisions to the Corporate Governance Code, with the aim of strengthening governance functions and advancing risk management. Specifically, the functions of the 'Internal Control & Group Risk Management Office' have been separated and transferred; an 'Internal Control Office' will be established under the Financial Officer to enhance the reliability of financial reporting and objectivity of internal controls. Additionally, the 'Risk Management Function' has been transferred to the Group Management Office to improve overall risk awareness and management systems. Furthermore, the arrangement of the 'Marketing Promotion Office' has been modified to better align market trends and profitability analysis with the financial department, aiming to promote business growth and capital efficiency.

Details and Objectives of Personnel Changes

Effective August 1, 2026, Ms. Chikayo Sasakura has been appointed as the division head under the Cabinet System. The new organizational structure aims to strengthen governance and risk management, as well as to promote business strategies. This initiative is designed to improve management efficiency across the group and to contribute to sustainable corporate value enhancement.
