Overview of Results

For the interim period, revenue was 138,579 million yen, an increase of 5.1% year-over-year. Operating income was 10,941 million yen, slightly exceeding the prior year; ordinary income was 11,065 million yen; and net income attributable to owners of parent for the interim period was 10,603 million yen, a substantial increase. By segment, Transportation, Warehousing & Packaging showed notable revenue and profit growth, whereas the Test business experienced declines in both revenue and profit. On the financial position, the equity ratio was 58.9% and cash increased to approximately 49,500 million yen.

Outlook and Capital Allocation

The full-year earnings guidance remains unchanged from the May announcement.
