Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (formerly DA Office Investment Corporation hereinafter referred to as the Investment Corporation) is an investment trust 11, 2005, pursuant to the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations, with Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. (formerly Da Vinci Select Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Asset Management Company) as the founding planner on July 11, 2005. On October 18, the Company conducted an additional public offering of investment units (99,600 units), and the following day, the Tokyo Stock Exchange The company was listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market (Stock Code: 8976). The total acquisition price at the time of listing was 79,573 million yen, but due to additional property acquisitions and portfolio replacement, etc., As of the end of November 2025, the total amount is 464,354 million yen (excluding silent partnership investments).
