About

Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (formerly DA Office Investment Corporation; hereinafter referred to as "the Investment Corporation") is an investment trust and the Investment Corporations Act (Act No. 198 of 1951, including subsequent amendments; hereinafter referred to as the "Investment Trusts Act"). Tt was established on July 11, 2005 with Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd. (formerly Da Vinci Select Co., Ltd.; hereinafter referred to as the "Asset Management Company") as the organizer. Thereafter, on October 18, 2005, an additional investment unit was issued (99,600 units) through a public offering, and the following day, it was listed on the Real Estate Investment Trust Securities Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Tokyo Stock Exchange") (stock code 8976). The total acquisition price at the time of listing was 79,573 million yen, but due to additional property acquisitions and portfolio replacement, etc., the total acquisition price has reached 470,653 million yen as of the end of November 2024. The Investment Corporation will specialize in office buildings as investment target assets, with a particular emphasis on office buildings located in central Tokyo with a total floor area of approximately 2,000 m2 or more, and will strive to improve tenant satisfaction under a clear portfolio construction policy that aims to secure stable earnings and sustainable growth of its investment assets into the future.
