Performance overview

Sun Frontier Real Estate posted net sales of 29,937 million yen, operating profit of 6,425 million yen, ordinary profit of 5,895 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent of 3,943 million yen for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027. Compared with the same period last year, net sales were up 9.6%, operating profit up 6.7%, and ordinary profit up 1.9%, showing solid performance. The full-year outlook was released with net sales of 130,000 million yen, operating profit of 28,150 million yen, ordinary profit of 26,000 million yen, and net income attributable to owners of parent of 17,400 million yen, with progress deemed generally on track. Segment-wise, sales and profits progressed in each area: Real estate redevelopment, real estate services, hotels, and tourism.

Segment overview and notes

In the real estate redevelopment segment, activities in replanning, rental buildings, and new development continued. The rental building business saw improvements in orders and occupancy rates accompanying increased leasings. In hotels and tourism, progress on new openings contributed to higher sales and profits year over year as the number of rooms expanded.
